Assistant Coach Named
Essendon have added former Tiger and Docker Ashley Prescott to the senior coaching staff for 2008 as Development Coach. He joins current assistant Gary O’Donnell in two of the four Assistant Coaching positions, with the remaining two positions
excepted to be filled by the end of next week. Prescott has been senior coach of WAFL side Claremont from 2004-07 and WAFL State Team coach in 2007.
No Love From The Punters
Following the appointment of Matthew Knights as Essendon senior coach for 2008, the punters have jumped off the Bomber bandwagon predicting a slide down the ladder for the Bombers in 2008, with early betting odds tipping the Bombers to finish 15th in 2008, just ahead of Knights former team Richmond.

Essendon will begin their 2008 pre-season training on Wednesday, November 7 at Windy Hill.
