Essendon have replaced 575 games of AFL experience with little more than a handful as Jay Neagle, Tom Bellchambers & Bachar Houli come into the Bomber side to play reigning AFL Premier Hawthorn at Jihad Stadium on Friday night in place of veterans Dustin Fletcher and Scott Lucas and the injured Leroy Jetta.
