Only 1 shift from and to the various groups this week:
Modified Group : IN – Winderlich (from Absent). Doesn’t look too lame.
Current Group : Neagle, Gumbleton, Watson, Winderlich, Willams, Daniher and Bellchambers Plus Skipworth
Lots of circle work, then practice drills where guys have to make space and run past for the handpass. Nothing out of this world, but completed at reasonable intensity.
